At Haute Decor, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to ensure a seamless processing experience.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued once our warehouse inspects the items.
